All roasts involve the meat on a stick being slow roasted over a bed of lump charcoal clocking in at 700 degrees Fahrenheit for a minimum of 6 hours ensuring the inner temperature is at the perfect point for the carnivores.
Roasted to perfection, this main dish is the real deal. Butter basted, dusted with pink Himalayan Sea Salt, and stuffed with various delicious ingredients, you'll have to see to believe. One 40lb Suckling Pig Roasted will feed 30-35 people; it comes with bread rolls, BBQ sauce and a Half Tray of Coleslaw.
